Mr. Sierra received his Associate in Applied Science in Ophthalmic Dispensing from Erie Community College.  With his Associate degree in hand,  Mr. Sierra worked in various capacities in the eye care field from 1984 through 1992 as an Optician at LensCrafters in Connecticut and Empire Vision Center in Upstate New York, and manager for Vision Corner in Newington.

As a licensed optician and President of Hispana Vision, LLC, Angel L. Sierra established his facility in 1993 and located the offices in Hartford, CT.  Mr. Sierra manages the daily operations of one of the most successful vision care centers in the State of Connecticut.  Hispana Vision, under the strong guidance of Mr. Sierra, has specialized in offering full eye care services.
